Clean facility, very nice staff.
Brought my gas motorhome in at 07:00AM per my appointment for an oil change. I supplied the oil and filter. It was taken right in the service bay. Long story short, three hours later and $257.13 it was done. Changed oil and checked tire pressure. A little excessive I think.

Hello guys, [thank] you so much for your help after I been towed to yard behind you special thanks is going to Matt [from Effingham location] as parts manager who without any hesitation offered me ride and pick up my parts (4 bolts for idle gear) in the city. When I asked him how much, he said we are helping people, not money hungry. It is wonderful they didn't gain any profit from me and helped me anyway. It is how service should be. JX does amazing work
Effingham IL does amazing work. Amber and her team treats us with respect and always gets us in for repairs when we need them. Strongly suggest taking your truck for repairs here whenever you need them for whatever reason. Lots of parking also. Great location.

The communication was excellent and professional
It happened by chance that I needed service for an engine derate after treatment problem. While of course no one wants to deal with downtime much less repairs I was pleasantly surprised to find this location. The communication was excellent and professional as well as the service. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of parts, service or repairs.
