JX Truck Center Welcomes Two New Regional Vice Presidents

We’re excited to share two significant leadership additions to the JX Truck Center team. Please join us in welcoming Jack Croy and Jon Conant as our newest Regional Vice Presidents, overseeing the Heartland Region and Michigan Region, respectively.
These appointments mark an important step forward in our ongoing commitment to regional excellence, customer service, and operational strength across the Midwest.
Jack Croy – Regional Vice President, Heartland Region
(Central Illinois – Morton, Bloomington, Champaign, and Effingham)

We are proud to welcome Jack Croy to the JX family as the new Regional Vice President for the Heartland Region. Jack brings over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, and dealership performance.
Most recently, Jack served as General Manager at MHC Kenworth – Northern Colorado, where he led the dealership to back-to-back Kenworth Dealership of the Year awards, while also growing market share to a top-ranking position. His professional background includes leadership roles with Bruckner’s Truck Sales, Jim Hawk Truck Trailers, and Wagner Equipment Company.
Jack is known not only for his business acumen but also for his commitment to community impact. He has actively volunteered with:
- Omaha Children’s Hospital
- Big Brothers Big Sisters (10+ years of mentorship)
- Habitat for Humanity
- Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation
His leadership style reflects JX’s core value of Demonstrating Good Stewardship, and we are confident he will be a strong asset to our teams in Central Illinois and beyond.
Jon Conant – Regional Vice President, Michigan Region (Gaylord, Clare, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Niles)

We’re equally excited to welcome Jon Conant as our new Regional Vice President for the Michigan Region.
Jon joins us with over a decade of experience in the heavy equipment and construction industries, having held senior leadership positions with Alta Equipment Company. His resume includes oversight of multi-branch operations, full financial responsibility of over $250 million and leadership of teams exceeding 200 people across service, parts, rental, and sales.
Jon brings a data-driven approach that aligns with JX’s focus on performance, safety, and talent development. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
In his first few weeks, Jon has already demonstrated a strong commitment to one of JX’s core values – Creating Positive Experiences for our people. His proactive and thoughtful communication has made a strong impression, especially as he engages with teams and begins to navigate new opportunities. We are excited for his leadership and the perspective he brings to the Michigan Region.
